Physical Therapist (PT) - Pediatric Home Health
Location: San Antonio, Schertz, Shavano Park, Leon Valley, Converse, Selma, South San Antonio, Balcones Heights, Helotes and Stone Oak
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time | Flexible Hours
Pay: $60 - $75 per hour
What You'll Do:
- Evaluate and treat children with developmental, orthopedic, and neurological needs.
- Create individualized treatment plans based on physician orders and family goals.
- Use play-based, functional activities to promote mobility, strength, and confidence.
- Educate and empower families on home exercise programs and adaptive techniques.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team (OTs, SLPs, PTAs, etc.) to ensure whole-child care.
- Document patient progress accurately using our user-friendly EMR system.
What You'll Need:
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Texas PT license (or eligibility).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- A heart for pediatric care and family-centered therapy.
