A Day in the Life
You see your patients one-on-one, with the time to evaluate well, treat with your hands and minds, and build a plan that fits the person in front of you. You have the clinical autonomy to treat like the doctor you trained to be. You also have a team to lean on when you want a second opinion. Our West Bend clinic offers both physical therapy and occupational therapy services.
What You'll Do
- Evaluate movement, strength, and function, and set meaningful goals with each patient
- Build and deliver individualized, evidence-based plans of care
- Provide hands-on treatment, exercise instruction, and education
- Partner with patients, families, and our multidisciplinary team
- Document clearly, accurately and efficiently using ambient AI scribe
- Keep growing through continuing education and mentorship
What We're Looking For
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Wisconsin PT license, or eligibility for one
- A heart for service and a team-first mindset
- Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
- Experience is welcome, and so are new graduates who share our mission

Compensation
- Base salary of $85,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience

Schedule
The clinic is open Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-6 p.m. No weekends and no major holidays. We'll work with you to build a schedule that fits your life.
