Sparta, WI Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Full-Time - $5,000 Bonus + Hourly Rates at $42-52/hr *Offer Based on experience and qualifying interview*
- Full-Time 30-40 Hours/Week. SPLIT coverage at Rolling Hills in Sparta + Tomah Nursing and Rehab. Drive time and mileage between buildings!
- Part-Time - Flexible Schedule with Consistency at 15-20 Hrs/Week at either/or location! PRN Also available! What are you looking for?

As a
Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat residents, under orders from a physician, using a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices intended to maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life.
Qualifications:- Physical Therapy license in state of employment
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
