Outpatient Physical Therapist to deliver exceptional care to a diverse patient caseload. Operating on a
Monday through Friday schedule with zero nights and no weekends, this position offers a low-stress clinical environment paired with top-tier compensation.
New Grads Welcome! We actively welcome both experienced Physical Therapists and New Graduate DPTs looking for structured clinical mentorship in a collaborative team setting.
Key Responsibilities- Perform comprehensive clinical evaluations and deliver evidence-based treatments for orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, and neurological patients.
- Formulate individualized, goal-oriented plans of care (POC).
- Complete documentation efficiently using modern EMR software and voice-dictation tools.
- Direct and supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) and support staff.
- Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs, functional recovery, and injury prevention.
Qualifications & Skills- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate of Physical Therapy / DPT preferred; Master's accepted).
- Licensure: Active (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist license in the state of Idaho.
- Certifications: Current CPR / BLS certification required.
- Experience: Open to both experienced Orthopedic PTs and New Grad Physical Therapists.
- Skills: Strong clinical reasoning, manual therapy skills, and patient rapport.
