Physical Therapist (PT) Full-Time Outpatient Clinic 8543 Winchester Avenue, Inwood, WV 25428

Rankin Physical Therapy, an H2 Health company, is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team in Inwood, West Virginia.

At Rankin Physical Therapy, you'll join a collaborative outpatient team serving a diverse orthopedic patient population. The clinic offers comprehensive rehabilitation services including orthopedic care, sports medicine, balance and fall prevention, vestibular rehabilitation, chronic pain management, dry needling, aquatic therapy, and workers' compensation rehabilitation. You'll have the opportunity to treat a broad range of conditions while utilizing evidence-based care to help patients achieve their goals and return to the activities they love.
Your Role
  • Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for outpatient orthopedic patients.
  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions to improve mobility, function, and quality of life.
  • Treat a diverse caseload including orthopedic, post-operative, sports medicine, balance, and chronic pain conditions.
  • Collaborate with physicians, referral sources, and interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, injury prevention, and wellness strategies.
  • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation utilizing available technology and support resources.
  • Contribute to a positive, patient-centered clinic culture focused on exceptional care and service.

Requirements
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT, MPT, or BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current West Virginia Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain licensure.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire.
  • Strong communication and patient relationship-building skills.
  • New graduates and experienced Physical Therapists are encouraged to apply.
