We9re seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Round Rock West team and become part of a collaborative outpatient environment focused on clinical excellence, professional growth, and meaningful patient outcomes. At our Round Rock West clinic, you9ll work with a diverse orthopedic and musculoskeletal patient population in a setting centered on individualized, evidence-based treatment. As part of the Endeavor network, clinicians help patients recover from injuries, prepare for and recover from surgery, improve mobility, reduce pain, and return to the activities they enjoy most. You9ll collaborate with an experienced clinical team while utilizing advanced treatment approaches tailored to each patient9s unique goals.

Your Role:
  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, function, and overall quality of life.
  • Treat a variety of orthopedic, post-operative, musculoskeletal, and mobility-related conditions.
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes.
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
  • Utilize Scribe AI-powered documentation technology to streamline documentation and maximize patient care time.
  • Utilize the Raintree EMR platform for documentation, scheduling, and patient management.
  • Work within a manageable caseload environment, typically targeting approximately 10-12 patient visits per day for full-time outpatient clinicians.
  • Contribute to a positive clinic culture focused on patient-centered care and clinical excellence.

Requirements
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent legacy degree (MSPT/MPT/BPT) from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
  • Current Texas Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure.
  • CPR certification or willingness to obtain as required.
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply.
