What You'll Do- Provide skilled pediatric physical therapy to children from birth through age 21 in home and community settings.
- Evaluate mobility, strength, balance, coordination, gross motor development, positioning, and functional movement needs.
- Develop individualized plans of care that support safety, independence, and meaningful functional progress.
- Partner with families and caregivers to promote carryover between visits.
- Collaborate with occupational therapy, speech therapy, nursing, and care coordination teams.
- Complete timely documentation using electronic charting tools.

Qualifications- Doctor of Physical Therapy or related PT degree.
- Active or eligible Colorado Physical Therapist license.
- Current in-person CPR/BLS certification.
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation.
- Pediatric experience preferred; new graduates encouraged to apply.
