Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy (PT) program
• Current and valid state PT license in California
• Experience creating and implementing treatment plans for vestibular and balance rehabilitation
• Ability to work independently and efficiently
• Passionate about treating patients with vestibular, balance, neurological, and fall risk issues
• 1+ years of experience in outpatient neuro/ortho center or vestibular rehabilitation
• Self-motivated and eager to learn in a clinical setting

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and exams for new patients
• Diagnose and assess physical activity limitations
• Develop and communicate treatment plans with specific goals and timelines
• Implement intervention techniques and exercises and monitor patient progress
• Provide patient education for ongoing care
• Establish diagnoses and assess their impact on patient activity
• Measure and track effectiveness of interventions
