Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one- to- one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, up to two evaluations per week that keep the work varied and engaging and built in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Teammates can expect a productivity of 72.50% of their day.

Compensation flexibility Choose a model that works for you! Salary ($83,000-$88,000) or pay-per-billed-visit ($70-$72/hour, $90/eval). We'll explain both models clearly so you can choose what makes sense for how you want to work. Bilingual? Enjoy an additional 2% on top of your compensation!
Performance-based monthly bonus We reward your hard work! Earn $250 or $750 per month or up to $9,000 in annual performance incentives!
