Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited physical therapy program required.
• Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice required.
• Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) or completion within the first 90 days required.
• New graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Illinois licensure required within 1 year for applicable candidates.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patient mobility and strength.
• Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Educate patients on exercises and techniques for recovery.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
