Position Overview Type of Position: Description:
Physical Therapist (PT) Provide skilled physical therapy services in accordance with state/federal regulations and facility guidelines. This role is responsible for patient evaluation, development of individualized treatment plans, and delivery of direct therapy to restore function and mobility. Shift Details
Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Responsibilities
