Physical Therapist Hartford, CT Outpatient Our Hartford Outpatient clinic serves a unique patient population and is best suited for clinicians who enjoy working with medically complex individuals in a fast-paced outpatient setting. Due to its proximity to Hartford Hospital, this clinic combines elements of a traditional orthopedic clinic with a strong focus on community health and management of multiple health conditions.
Patients often present with multiple comorbidities, persistent pain, and higher levels of medical complexity, requiring strong clinical reasoning, advanced evaluation skills, and the ability to identify when referrals to physicians or other providers are appropriate. This clinic has an emphasis on a team-based approach and has a strong culture of learning, teaching, mentoring, and innovation. This opportunity is ideal for a therapist who enjoys complex problem-solving, values interdisciplinary care, and is passionate about serving a community-based patient population with significant medical and orthopedic needs.
