Position: Full-Time Clinic Director/Partner
License Required: Yes 6 Active or Pending License as a Physical Therapist
Education Required: Graduate of an Accredited Physical Therapy Program

This is more than a Clinic Director role 6 it9s an opportunity to become an Equity Partner and help shape a clinic from the ground up. You9ll have a voice in clinic location, culture, team development, and patient experience while partnering with a company that has successfully opened 400+ clinics nationwide. Ivy Rehab will provide support in Marketing, HR, Recruitment, Legal Compliance, IT, RCM, and everything else that will help support you and your growing clinic.
Compensation Range: $95,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
AdditionalCompensation: This position is also eligible for: Clinic Director Bonus Plan/Equity/RelocationAssistance

Qualifications:
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program required.
- Current or eligible Physical Therapist license in the state of practice required.
- 3+ years of proven dedication and experience in a healthcare setting.
- Previous outpatient orthopedic experience preferred.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus but not required.
- A passion for mentoring and developing others.
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- A desire to grow the clinic, build community relationships, and create a positive team culture.
