Physical Therapist

Physical Therapist Millennium Therapy is looking to add a Full-Time or Part-Time Physical Therapist to our staff in Clinton, IA for the Skilled Nursing setting. PAY: $35 - $45 Negotiable - based on experience. PHYSICAL THERAPIST QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor of Science or Master of Science Degree in Physical Therapy and Professional Licensure in the state of hire; two years of clinical experience preferred. • Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills. • Demonstrated ability to utilize independent clinical judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Utilizes effective time management skills. • Strong organizational and analytical skills. PHYSICAL THERAPIST REQUIREMENTS: • Physical Therapist provides patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment, and consultation to a general rehab caseload. • Supervises other licensed physical therapists, assistants, technicians, aides, and students as required. Some programs with two or more physical therapists/assistants may provide additional administrative duties as assigned. • Participates in the clinical team process. • Provides teaching and training to caregiver staff. • Involvement in clinical program development Compensation $35 - $45 per hour
