Responsibilities:The role of the Physical Therapist is to evaluate, design, and implement a patient's plan of care. Each Plan of Care is created to increase, maintain, or restore function, minimize or prevent disability, and assist patients in reaching their maximum performance levels. Patients are typically seen individually to ensure they receive the full attention and focus necessary for high-quality care.
Qualifications:A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent from an accredited program is required. Some directly related experience is preferred. Candidates must also have certification and licensure, or be eligible to obtain certification and licensure, as a Physical Therapist in the state of Georgia. Current BLS certification is required, or must be obtained within 3 months of employment.

- Knowledge of legal and ethical standards for the delivery of medical care.
- Strong leadership skills, as well as strong clinical reasoning and assessment skills.
- Computer skills with working knowledge of Microsoft programs and EHR systems.

- Communicates effectively and has strong public speaking skills.
- Learns quickly and has strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

- As needed, must be able to lift and support patients during therapy sessions.

This position offers flexibility and can be structured as either full-time or part-time, depending on the selected candidate's interest and availability.
Starting salary for full-time is $100,000 and is commensurate with experience. Relocation expenses are negotiable.
