Founded in 2009 with locations in Colorado Springs and Monument, we are built around a true one-on-one manual therapy model. Our clinicians treat in private rooms with 50–55 minute visits, averaging ~9 patients per day, allowing you to focus on quality care - not volume.

We’re a collaborative, close-knit team that values mentorship, professional growth, and continued learning. With on-site manual therapy education opportunities, flexible scheduling options (4 day option available), Clinicient EMR, and AI documentation support to reduce admin time, Manual Edge provides the environment for clinicians to do their best work!
