OverviewPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient- KORT
Location: KORT Corydon, 173 Pacer Dr. NW Corydon, IN 47112
Schedule: Full-time, Monday- Friday
Patient Care: 10-12 patient visits per day within an 8-hour day, one-hour visit length
Mentorship: Monthly Clinical Excellence Academy labs and lecture sessions for all clinicians to continue to learn and grow
CEUs: Unlimited CEU options to continue to advance your skills
Certification tracks: COMT tracks, Orthopedic residency track, Geriatric residency track, Hand therapy residency
*Salary increases for Board Certifications*Compensation: $72,000-$95,000/year, commensurate with experience

Responsibilities- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Graduate from an American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) accredited PT school
- Outpatient experience in the last 5 years if practicing clinician
- Outpatient clinical rotation if a current student
- Valid State Physical Therapist License
- CPR certification
