The RegionOur clinics span the Sacramento area - from the urban core to the suburbs to the foothill communities east of the city. Across the region, you'll work with a wide mix: youth and high school athletes, collegiate competitors, endurance athletes who train year-round on the American River Parkway, masters athletes, and active adults who refuse to slow down.
What You'll Do- Evaluate and treat orthopedic and performance-based conditions
- Build individualized, goal-driven plans of care
- Use force-plate data and objective measures to inform return-to-sport decisions
- Collaborate with clinicians, coaches, and support staff
- Mentor DPT students rotating through the clinic (optional)
What You'll Find- Autonomy with accountability - set your start time within 6am-6pm operating hours
- One-on-one treatment time and full ownership of your caseload
- Structured mentorship, weekly case reviews, and the KIMEU development pathway
- Force plates, performance training space, and outcome-tracking infrastructure
CompensationBase Salary
$75,000-$100,000 (PT Level I-III)

Uncapped, performance-based
Total Compensation
$95,000-$175,000+

Requirements- Licensed PT in California (or license-eligible)
- DPT, MPT, or equivalent degree
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
