OverviewPosition: Physical Therapist - Outpatient
Location: Stratford, CT
Schedule: Monday through Friday
Compensation: Salary up to $100k based on experience

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Industrial Rehabilitation Physical Therapist to join our team in an aircraft manufacturing environment. This role focuses on evaluating, treating, and preventing work-related injuries among employees in a physically demanding, safety-critical setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in occupational health, ergonomics, and return-to-work programs, with a strong understanding of industrial job demands. While experience is a plus, it is not required. We offer training for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat employees with musculoskeletal and work-related injuries
- Develop individualized rehab and return to work plans for job-specific demands
- Perform ergonomic assessments and administer work conditioning programs
- Educate employees on proper body mechanics and injury prevention
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to ensure safe return to work"

Responsibilities
- Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
- Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
- Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
- Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school
- Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
- CPR certification
