Physical Therapist, Home Health (Full-time preferred)

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in California
• Experience in home health settings preferred
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills
• Familiarity with OASIS assessments
• Ability to perform functional evaluations and gait analysis
• Knowledge of therapeutic treatments and equipment needs

Responsibilities

• Complete initial and ongoing assessments to evaluate patient functioning
• Conduct OASIS assessments at designated time points
• Perform manual and electrical muscle examinations
• Execute functional evaluations and sensory testing
• Measure range of motion and assess human movement
