Job SummaryWe are hiring a
Physical Therapist with outpatient experience for an established orthopedic physical therapy setting in Naples, FL.
The PT will work with patients who need rehabilitation for orthopedic injuries, post-surgical recovery, limited range of motion, weakness, pain, and other movement-related concerns. Each day involves assessing patients, delivering evidence-based physical therapy treatments, monitoring results, and helping patients work toward realistic functional goals.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities- Complete physical therapy examinations and evaluations
- Identify mobility, strength, balance, and movement limitations
- Build treatment plans around each patient's condition and rehabilitation goals
- Provide therapeutic exercise, functional training, and appropriate manual techniques
- Work with orthopedic and post-operative rehabilitation patients
- Measure patient progress throughout the course of treatment
- Make adjustments to therapy programs when clinically appropriate
- Educate patients on exercises and strategies they can use at home
- Maintain clear treatment notes and patient records
Requirements- Current PT License
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) Degree or MSPT Degree
- Previous outpatient experience
- Experience providing physical therapy for orthopedic conditions
- Ability to manage patient care and documentation efficiently
