Physical Therapist PT Career Opportunity

Put Your Clinical Skills to Work in Outpatient Rehabilitation

We're recruiting a licensed Physical Therapist to join an orthopedic outpatient practice in Fort Pierce, Florida.

Patients may come in following surgery, an injury, reduced mobility, or a musculoskeletal condition that affects everyday function. Your responsibility is to assess where they are starting, determine what needs to improve, and lead them through a treatment plan designed around meaningful functional goals.

You'll typically see one to two patients each hour during a consistent Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM schedule.

Salary: $88K-$95K per year, plus full benefits.

Main Responsibilities
  • Perform orthopedic and functional physical therapy examinations
  • Review patient history and current movement limitations
  • Develop patient-specific plans of care
  • Provide therapeutic exercise and movement-based interventions
  • Work on strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and functional performance
  • Measure progress during the course of treatment
  • Update treatment goals when patient needs change
  • Provide clear instructions for home exercise programs
  • Maintain organized and complete clinical records
  • Prepare patients for safe discharge once treatment goals are met

Requirements
  • Valid Florida PT license
  • Doctor of Physical Therapy degree or MSPT degree
  • Outpatient Physical Therapist experience
  • Previous exposure to orthopedic and musculoskeletal rehabilitation
  • Comfortable managing a consistent outpatient patient schedule
