Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team.

About Our ClinicOur Mooresville clinic provides specialized outpatient care with a diverse patient population:
- Approximately 65% Balance, Vestibular & Neurological
- Approximately 25% Orthopedic
- Approximately 10% Other Diagnoses
- Average caseload of approximately 12 patients per day / 60 per week
You'll have the opportunity to treat a variety of diagnoses while continuing to develop your clinical skills in a collaborative outpatient environment.
What You'll Do- Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care
- Provide high-quality, evidence-based physical therapy treatments
- Treat a diverse outpatient caseload
- Educate patients on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and long-term wellness
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborate with other members of the clinical team
- Participate in continuing education and professional development
- Contribute to a positive, patient-focused clinic environment
What We're Looking For- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Licensed Physical Therapist in North Carolina, or eligible for NC licensure
- Minimum of 1 year of Physical Therapy experience
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Interest or experience in balance, vestibular, neurological, and/or orthopedic rehabilitation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for providing excellent patient care
- Team-oriented and collaborative approach
- Desire to continue learning and developing professionally
