Pay: $82,500 - $95,000 per year, plus performance bonus
FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Hendersonville is hiring an outpatient Physical Therapist who wants to grow. You'll work directly alongside a clinic owner who is also a practicing PT, in a collaborative, mentorship-focused clinic specializing in balance, vestibular, neurological, and orthopedic rehabilitation.

Responsibilities- Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
- Deliver high-quality outpatient physical therapy treatment
- Treat balance, vestibular, neurological, and orthopedic conditions
- Mentor and support clinic team members
- Partner with clinic leadership on growth and performance goals
- Complete timely, accurate documentation
- Educate patients on injury prevention and long-term wellness
- Help build a positive, patient-centered clinic culture
Qualifications- Active North Carolina Physical Therapist license (or eligible to obtain)
- DPT or equivalent physical therapy degree
- Leadership, mentorship, or clinical instructor experience preferred
- Vestibular or neuro experience a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ownership mindset and strong work ethic
