Caseload Overview
- 3 individual students / 5 individual sessions per week
- 2 group students / 2 group sessions per week
- Sessions are 30 minutes each
- Approximate weekly onsite hours: 3.5 hours
Population
Position Summary
- On-site, school-based Physical Therapist role
- Deliver individual and group IEP services
- Document student progress
- Collaborate with school personnel
- Open school-based PT caseload available
- Exact hours and session duration to be confirmed during interview
Requirements
- Current New York State Physical Therapy license
- New York State Education Department license
- Age-appropriate experience
- Ability to provide services in English
Mandatory NYCPS ORS Clearance
- All providers must be cleared through the NYCPS Office of Related Services prior to starting
- Providers must submit resume, licenses, certifications, availability, and provider SSN via secure Stafferlink collection process
- Provider applications will be coordinated directly with ORS
- No start date permitted before ORS clearance and RSA authorization
