Job Description:What You'll Do:- Evaluate patients conditions, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide therapy to enhance their recovery.
- Instruct nursing staff and patients families on follow-through programs to support ongoing progress.
- Communicate patient progress and concerns with supervisors and team members.
- Assist with scheduling, maintain records, and ensure compliance with regulatory and licensing standards.
- Document patient care accurately and in alignment with all requirements.
- Maintain a safe, clean work environment and ensure proper care of equipment.
- Adhere to the organization's Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and professional standards.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in Kansas.
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
