Responsibilities

• Deliver best-in-class, evidence-based care through comprehensive evaluations and individualized treatment plans
• Provide hands-on, patient-centered treatment and education that helps people return to the work, activities, and communities they care about
• Track progress with objective outcome measures and adjust care plans to drive real, meaningful results
• Contribute to a collaborative team culture - sharing knowledge, mentoring newer clinicians, and learning from colleagues across orthopedic, spine, and vestibular specialties

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist, or eligible for licensure in North Carolina
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care
• CPR and First Aid Certification required
• Experience in vestibular rehabilitation (dizziness, vertigo, balance impairments) is a plus
• Experienced clinicians9 backgrounds are particularly valuable here - prior leadership, mentorship, or specialty-caseload experience is a strong plus
