Physical Therapist (PT) Floater - Full-Time
$45-$50/Hour | Monday-Friday | 40 Hours/Week | No Weekends
Looking for variety without sacrificing full-time stability? Community Physical Therapy (CPT) is looking for a Full-Time PT Floater to support our Alden Skilled Nursing Facilities!
Enjoy a consistent weekday schedule while working with different teams, facilities, and patient populations.
$45-$50/hour
Full-time, 40 hours/week
Monday-Friday with NO weekends
Paid travel time between facilities
Mileage reimbursement
$200 monthly gas allowance
Therapist-led leadership and supportive teams

What We're Looking For
Active Illinois PT license
Graduate of an accredited PT program
Ability to travel between assigned facilities
SNF experience preferred
Net Health experience is a plus
