Physical Therapist - Clinical Director- Physical Therapy Clinic

Location: Peoria, Arizona

Employment Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday-Friday 40 hours/week

Setting: Single-Site Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic Onsite Only No Travel

Compensation: $115,000 - $125,000 annually (Base Salary)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Physical Therapist - Clinical Director to lead our outpatient Physical Therapy clinic in Peoria Arizona. This role combines clinical excellence with operational leadership, overseeing the delivery of high-quality patient care and managing the clinic's daily operations.

The Physical Therapist - Clinical Director will mentor and support the rehabilitation team, drive patient outcomes, optimize clinic performance, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and exceptional customer service. This position is ideal for a licensed Physical Therapist who enjoys both patient care and leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight for all rehabilitation services within the clinic.
  • Maintain an active patient caseload while managing day-to-day clinic operations.
  • Supervise, mentor, and develop Physical Therapists, Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs), and support staff.
  • Ensure delivery of evidence-based, patient-centered care and achievement of optimal functional outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with payer requirements.
  • Lead quality improvement initiatives and implement best practices across the clinic.
