Clinical Director Physical Therapist Saugus, MA$100,000-$125,000 1:1 Patient Care Monday-FridayAre you a Physical Therapist who loves treating patients but is ready for more of a voice in how a clinic is run?
We're looking for a
Clinical Director / Physical Therapist to join FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers in Saugus, MA. This is a great opportunity for an experienced PT who is ready to grow into leadership-or an established leader who wants the chance to help shape a clinic and team from the ground up.
One of the things we're most excited about is our approach to patient care.
We believe great care takes time. Our low-volume,
1:1 treatment model gives you the opportunity to truly focus on the person in front of you instead of feeling like you're constantly rushing from one patient to the next.
And because this is a leadership role, you'll have a real voice here. You'll work directly with ownership to help build the culture, develop the team, and create the kind of clinic where people genuinely enjoy coming to work.
What We Offer- $100,000-$125,000 salary, based on experience
- 1:1 patient care in a low-volume, quality-focused environment
- Monday-Friday schedule - no weekends
- Medical and dental coverage
- Retirement plan with employer match
- Free in-house continuing education and specialty training
- Training opportunities in balance and vestibular rehabilitation
- Direct partnership with ownership
- A clear path for continued leadership growth
- The chance to have a real impact on the clinic as we grow
What You'll Be DoingYou'll still get to do what you became a PT to do -
treat patients and help people get better - while also taking on a meaningful leadership role.
You'll help guide the clinical side of the practice, support and mentor your team, maintain high standards of patient care, and partner with ownership as the clinic continues to grow.
We're looking for someone who communicates well, enjoys being part of a team, cares deeply about the patient experience, and wants to help create a positive environment for both patients and employees.
Who We're Looking For- Licensed Physical Therapist in Massachusetts or eligible for MA licensure
- Outpatient experience preferred
- Leadership or mentoring experience is great, but you don't necessarily need to already be a Clinical Director
- Someone who enjoys helping other clinicians grow
- A PT who values quality care over simply seeing as many patients as possible
- Someone excited about having a voice and helping build a great clinic culture
If you've been thinking about taking the next step in your career but
don't want leadership to mean giving up the patient care you love, this could be a really great fit.
Come help us build something special in Saugus.
We'd love to talk with you. Apply today!#VY2026
