Schedule/Type: Full-Time - Salary
Travel Requirement : Weekly travel between Broomfield and Boulder locations
Wage: $80,000-$101,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Job Responsibilities: - Perform patient evaluations and interpret test results to develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver evidence-based physical therapy interventions in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
- Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventative self-care strategies
- Guide patients in therapeutic exercises and proper use of equipment
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams on treatment progression and discharge planning
- Accurately document patient care in the EMR, ensuring compliance and confidentiality
- Support and supervise physical therapy aides, students, and volunteers within scope of practice
- Maintain a clean, safe clinical environment and adhere to infection control protocols
- Participate in continuous learning and incorporate current best practices into patient care
Education/Certification requirements - Current Colorado physical therapist license required
- Graduate from an Accredited Physical Therapy Program
- Successful completion of clinical internship.
- BLS Certificate within 3 months of hire
Experience Required: - One (1) year of practical physical therapy experience preferred, ideally in orthopedics and sports medicine; new graduates with strong clinical rotations or relevant training are encouraged to apply.
Physical Requirements: - This position works in the patient physical therapy gym in a medical practice.
- The position involves regular walking, sitting, standing, bending, and lifting throughout working hours.
- The ability to lift objects weighing over 50 pounds is essential, as well as the ability to push wheelchairs and transport/support patients as needed.
- Candidates must remain constantly alert to ensure patient safety in the workplace.
