Description
What You'll DoAs a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic, neurological, and medical conditions while helping them improve mobility, function, independence, and overall quality of life.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing comprehensive patient evaluations and assessments
- Developing individualized treatment plans and goals
- Delivering evidence-based interventions focused on functional outcomes
- Collaborating with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members
- Educating patients on treatment plans, injury prevention, and wellness strategies
- Maintaining timely and accurate documentation
- Contributing to a positive patient experience and strong clinical culture

Qualifications- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure in Minnesota
