- Job Title: Physical Therapist
- Location: Mahnomen Health Center
- Position type: Full-time, benefited, 1.0 FTE
- Hours/Schedule: This position will generally be scheduled for 40 hours per week, with a flexible Monday through Friday schedule.
- Settings: This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a variety of healthcare settings, including Outpatient, Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNF), Long-Term Care (LTC), and Home Health care services.

Requirements
Applicants must have graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program. They must have, or be eligible for, licensing as a PT in Minnesota.
Salary Description
$31.00-$49.00/hour
