Job Title: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Job Summary:
At Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Webster, we are seeking full-time and per diem Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our team of dedicated healthcare professionals. As a PTA at our facility, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and therapy services to our residents. If you are passionate about making a difference in people's lives, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.

Weekly pay up to $40 an hour.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the provision, collection of assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the direction and supervision of a Physical Therapist
  • Participate in clinical program development and implementation
  • Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers
  • Monitor efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor
  • Document activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis
  • Demonstrate consistent knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations

Requirements:
  • Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program
  • CEU's per state licensure requirements
  • Must possess an active and unencumbered PTA license in Massachusetts or be in the process of obtaining one
