Physical Therapist

Location: 1095 Beltline Road, Suite 400, Collinsville, IL 62234

Salary Range: $72,800- $117,436

Education:
  • Graduate of an accredited physical therapy curriculum with a bachelors, or masters, or doctoral degree with certification in physical therapy or a foreign-trained equivalent by the date of hire
