What you will be doing:
The Photography and Video Project Manager leads the end-to-end production and delivery of integrated marketing campaign assets for OXO. The ideal candidate brings experience from a complex consumer-products organization similar to OXO, where a large SKU catalog, seasonal launches, retailer needs, and high asset volume require disciplined prioritization and operational rigor. This is a senior individual-contributor role with strong cross-functional influence, ownership, and decision-making responsibility.

- Lead social-first and digital content production, ensuring deliverables meet platform specifications, localization, accessibility, rights, and versioning requirements.
- Manage external agencies, vendors, creators, and production partners, including RFPs, SOWs, estimates, negotiations, and performance.
- Oversee production logistics including talent, locations, studios, usage rights, post-production, reviews, and final delivery.
- Identify and mitigate production risks, resolve issues proactively, and provide clear recommendations on tradeoffs, timing, and budget impacts.
- Own production budgeting, forecasting, purchase orders, accruals, invoices, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
- Maintain production systems, trackers, schedules, asset records, and reporting to ensure visibility and operational excellence.
- Drive standardized production workflows, approval processes, templates, and best practices while continuously improving efficiency and asset reuse.
- Ensure all campaign assets are approved, quality-checked, compliant, properly documented, and delivered in launch-ready formats.
- Partner with Legal and channel owners to ensure claims, licensing, usage rights, metadata, and compliance requirements are met before release.
- Lead launch-readiness reviews to validate deliverables against media plans and address any gaps before campaign launch.
- Provide leadership, coaching, prioritization, and development support for two direct reports supporting photography and video production.
