Pharmacy Manager - Bravo Pharmacy
Watertown, MA | Full-time | In person
Help shape how a growing pharmacy delivers care.
We're an independent, closed-door pharmacy providing medication coordination, compliance packaging, and delivery. We also serve facilities and healthcare providers with long-acting injectable medications.
We're looking for a pharmacy manager who enjoys caring for patients, developing people, and making the pharmacy work better. This is an opportunity to lead daily operations and help shape the workflows, systems, and team that will support Bravo's next stage of growth.
The person we're looking for
You lead by example. You're willing to step into the work, support your colleagues, and help the team succeed. You give clear direction, address challenges respectfully, and follow through.
You think ahead. When a problem comes up, you work toward a solution-and look for ways to prevent it from happening again. You stay calm under pressure and keep patient care at the center of your decisions.
You're comfortable with computers and interested in how technology can improve pharmacy operations. You're ready to learn new tools, help implement them, and guide the team through changes.
You want to keep growing professionally and help others grow with you.
What you'll do
- Lead daily pharmacy operations while remaining actively involved in dispensing and patient care.
- Train, coach, and support the team through clear expectations and consistent follow-through.
- Improve workflows to reduce errors, increase efficiency, and keep medication deliveries on time.
- Coordinate care with patients, caregivers, prescribers, and facilities.
- Oversee inventory, documentation, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.
- Help evaluate and implement technology and processes that support the pharmacy's growth.
What you'll bring
- A current, unrestricted Massachusetts pharmacist license.
- Several years of pharmacist experience in a fast-paced pharmacy setting.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with computers and pharmacy software, with a willingness to adopt new technology.
- A collaborative approach, initiative, and commitment to patient care.
- Previous pharmacy management or team leadership experience preferred.
- Experience with long-term care, compliance packaging, or long-acting injectable services is a plus.
