Pharmacist-In-Charge Payless Drugs is seeking an experienced, motivated Pharmacist-in-Charge (PIC) to lead our busy, established community pharmacy in Morris, Alabama. This position offers the opportunity to lead an experienced pharmacy team, provide exceptional patient care, and make a meaningful impact on pharmacy operations. Responsibilities $47 Qualifications • PharmD or Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy from an accredited institution. • Active, unrestricted Alabama pharmacist license or eligibility to obtain licensure before employment. • Experience in community or retail pharmacy practice, preferably in a leadership or supervisory capacity. • Strong clinical judgment, attention to detail, and knowledge of pharmacy regulations and medication safety. • Demonstrated ability to lead employees, communicate effectively, solve problems, and manage a busy pharmacy environment. • Commitment to patient-centered care, immunizations, medication adherence, and other clinical pharmacy services. • Proficiency with pharmacy management technology; PioneerRx experience is preferred but not required.
