About the RoleWe are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic
Pharmacist In Charge / Pharmacy Manager to lead our new Long Term Care (LTC) pharmacy opening in Denver, CO. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the second location of a well-established pharmacy, helping to shape and grow our LTC services in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Serve as the Pharmacist In Charge, overseeing all pharmacy operations at the new LTC location.
- Manage and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Lead and support the pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care and service.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, long term care facilities, and other stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and take on new projects to enhance pharmacy services.
- Adapt to evolving schedules and operational needs with flexibility and a positive attitude.
Qualifications & Skills- Licensed Pharmacist with experience in long term care pharmacy preferred.
- Proven leadership skills as a Pharmacist In Charge or Pharmacy Manager.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Flexible and open to schedule changes as the business grows and evolves.
