Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Kansas and Missouri Board of Pharmacy
Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited institution
Current Immunization Certification (or willingness to obtain)
Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
Ability to work at an assigned store location and comply with pharmacy regulations
Previous experience in a retail pharmacy setting (preferred)

Key Responsibilities:
Medication Safety & Dispensing Accuracy: Ensures all prescriptions are accurately reviewed, verified, and dispensed in accordance with legal, clinical, and company standards to promote safe and effective patient care.
Patient Care & Clinical Services: Delivers high-quality patient care through counseling, immunizations, and clinical services, supporting optimal medication outcomes and overall patient health.
Regulatory Compliance & Pharmacy Operations: Maintains full compliance with all state and federal pharmacy laws while ensuring safe, efficient, and organized pharmacy operations.
Team Leadership & Oversight: Team Leadership & Oversight: Provides direct supervision and oversight of pharmacy technicians to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient pharmacy operations.
Minimum Qualifications:
Required: Active Pharmacist license in good standing with the Kansas and Missouri Board of Pharmacy
Required: Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) or Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited college or school of pharmacy
Required: Current Immunization Certification (or willingness to obtain within a defined timeframe in accordance with state regulations)
Required: Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
