PGIM's high yield real estate credit platform has surpassed $10 billion in AUM, making us one of the largest managers of high yield real estate credit in the world, and production is expected to grow significantly in the years ahead. This is an exciting time to join, and we are looking for someone eager to help build on this momentum.

What you can expect
  • Source and originate commercial real estate high yield debt investments (mezzanine, bridge, and preferred equity) for PGIM's various investors, both directly and through internal partnerships.
  • Manage all aspects of the loan origination process, including analysis and underwriting, debt structuring, pricing strategy, presentations to senior management, due diligence review, transaction negotiation and closing.
  • Serve as a high yield debt expert to Originations loan officers across the platform, partnering with them to develop and execute a marketing strategy that generates high yield investments.
  • Develop relationships with prospective borrowers and intermediaries focused on the high yield market, while maintaining and building enduring relationships with existing clients across the platform.

What you will bring
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in commercial real estate lending, with a track record of originating and closing high yield debt.
  • A network of borrower and intermediary relationships in the high yield market.
  • Strong quantitative skills and demonstrated analytical ability.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and as an integral member of a team.

What will set you apart
  • MBA from a top program; concentration, major or focus in finance and/or real estate.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word and PowerPoint) strongly preferred.
