Responsibilities
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices in pest control.
- Ensure efficient operations in order to maximize revenue and control costs while maintaining an excellent quality of work and exemplary customer service
- Ensure overall compliance with corporate policies and procedures
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Perform pest control services for customers in your area
- Implement sales tactics to gain awareness and grow customer base in your area
- Provide leadership for employees
- Oversee and encourage development of personnel within the company
Competencies
- 5 years previous experience in pest control management
- Strong sales skills to effectively promote services and solutions to clients.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required for travel between job sites.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and providing clear explanations of services offered.
