Title: Personnel Security Adjudicator (Senior) - 100% OnsiteLocation: Reston, VAAbout this position:iWorks is seeking an experienced Senior Personnel Security Adjudicator to provide advanced personnel security adjudication support and subject matter expertise. The successful candidate will lead complex case reviews, provide mentoring, and assist with quality assurance and process improvement initiatives
*This position is contingent upon contract award.Salary Range: 97k-107k - commensurate with the candidate's skills, experience, location, and qualifications.
On a day-to-day basis, you will:- Conduct complex personnel security adjudications and risk assessments.
- Analyze investigative findings and security-related incidents.
- Review case documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Provide adjudicative guidance and recommendations.
- Support quality assurance reviews and process improvements.
- Mentor junior adjudicators and security professionals.
- Coordinate with stakeholders on sensitive personnel security matters.
Required Education/Qualifications:- Security Clearance: Active Top Secret (TS) clearance with SCI eligibility and current CI Polygraph required.
- Bachelor's degree and 12+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive experience in personnel security adjudications and eligibility determinations.
- Strong analytical, investigative, and decision-making skills.
- Experience interpreting security policies and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:- Master's degree in a related field.
- Experience leading personnel security teams.
