Personal Training Manager in Training- Colleyville Club

Our Personal Training Manager in Training role is designed for high-potential individuals who are ready to lead, develop, and grow. You'll receive the training, mentorship, and tools needed to become a top-performing PT Manager in one of our rapidly expanding clubs.

What We're Looking For

Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NCSF, NSCA, IFPA, ETC)
CPR certification (required)
High school diploma or GED (Bachelor's degree preferred)
Desire to lead and grow within a team
Strong communication & organizational skills
Passion for fitness and helping others
Outgoing, professional, and coachable
Sales or fitness leadership experience preferred
Availability to work a 4-hour weekend day shift
