Full Job Description
Attorney with 8 to 12 years of litigation experience with a strong interest in personal injury defense and/or general liability; civil litigation background is preferred. Candidates for this position must be California-licensed with strong academic credentials. The ideal candidate is ready to take on responsibility, independently handle cases, and analyze/research complex issues. Experience in structuring discovery plans, taking and defending depositions, managing document-intensive cases, drafting dispositive motions, and preparing for trial is required. Experience representing clients in the financial industry is a plus, though not required. A solid work ethic, excellent organizational and communication skills, and a commitment to teamwork are critical for success. QUALIFICATIONS:
- California licensed with 8 to 12 years of experience

- Pay range: $185,000-215,000 per year (depends on experience)
