Job Description:We are actively seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Attorney to join our dynamic team. As an experienced attorney specializing in Personal Injury, you will play a pivotal role in advocating for our clients' rights and seeking justice for their injuries.
Key Responsibilities:- Legal Research and Writing: Conduct comprehensive legal research and skillfully craft written documents to support our clients' cases.
- Litigation Expertise: Collaborate with our team throughout all stages of litigation, including drafting pleadings, assisting with discovery, and preparing for trial.
- Motion Practice: Utilize your expertise in drafting and responding to discovery motions, motions for summary judgment, and demurrers/motions to dismiss in both California and Federal Courts.
Qualifications:- A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in the field of Personal Injury law.
- Proven track record of success in handling Personal Injury cases.
- In-depth knowledge of California and Federal Court procedures.
- Exceptional research and writing skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently or as part of a collaborative team.
- A passion for advocating on behalf of clients to secure justice and fair compensation for their injuries.
Work Arrangement:This is a full-time position, and we may offer hybrid work arrangements based on your ability to adapt to the firm's workload.
Compensation & Benefits:- Competitive base salary ranging from $140,000 to $200,000 per annum.
