Job Responsibilities
Provides leadership to the dental team ensuring positive patient experiences.
Collaborates with other dentists in the management of complex dental problems exhibited by patients. Provides mentorship to generalists.
Communicates with team members promoting an understanding of the patient's needs.
Examination of patient's oral cavity with definitive diagnosis of soft tissues, hard tissues and associated structures to determine nature of condition.
Application of dental treatment modalities for prevention of dental diseases.
Treatment of dental disease.
Dental procedures performed in the oral cavity.
Performance of minor surgical procedures of hard and soft tissue in and about the oral cavity.
Educates patient in oral and dental hygiene.
Manage cases presenting with out-of-the ordinary dental health problems to include patients with behavioral problems.
Job Requirements
Graduated with a D.M.D. or D.D.S. from an accredited university
Licensed in the state of Wisconsin, or eligible to be licensed in the state of Wisconsin
Board certified by the American Academy of Periodontology, or eligible for certification
