Performs advanced technical work in the selection, preparation, operation, and maintenance of the heart/lung machine and accessory equipment. 3030Nurtures and maintains communication with the surgical team to insure optimal patient care. 3030Ensures appropriate function of all equipment through routine cleaning and maintenance. 3030Facilitates the delivery of high quality patient care through diligent evaluation of current processes and opportunities for improvement. Assists with the development and maintenance of departmental policies and procedures.
