Performance Tester

We are hiring for a Performance Tester opportunity. Role: Performance Tester Location: Remote Position: 1 Work Arrangement: Remote Role Overview We are seeking a Performance Tester with experience in performance and load testing, scripting, and test execution. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with JMeter and JProfiler and will support performance and stress testing activities for online and batch processes. Experience with Postman is preferred. Required Skills • Experience with performance testing and load testing. • Hands-on experience with Apache JMeter. • Experience using JProfiler for performance profiling. • Ability to develop test scripts and execute performance tests. • Experience conducting stress testing. • Ability to analyze test results and document performance findings. Preferred Skills • Experience with Postman for API testing. Key Responsibilities • Develop and maintain scripts for performance and load testing. • Execute performance tests for online and batch processes. • Conduct stress testing to evaluate system behavior under varying workloads. • Use JMeter to configure, run, and monitor performance test scenarios. • Use JProfiler to investigate application performance and identify potential bottlenecks. • Analyze test results and document performance observations. • Collaborate with relevant teams to communicate findings and support performance improvement efforts. Expected Deliverables • Online load test completion reports. • Batch load test completion reports. • Performance and stress testing results. • Test execution evidence and documented findings. Education Requirement Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
