Who We Are

Aria InsurTech is redefining how independent mortgage protection agents build and run their business. Our all-in-one technology platform powers lead generation, direct mail campaigns, back office operations, and training—all in one place.

Our founders started as high-performing mortgage protection agents frustrated with the limitations of existing tools. In just 12 months, they built a $1 million per month agency with only 56 writers at 87% persistency, then purposefully shifted to build the infrastructure they needed themselves. That infrastructure is Aria.

We are carrier-agnostic, not an IMO, and never take overrides on agent production. We’re not a lead vendor that disappears after the sale. We are the full stack, growth engine, and ongoing partner for independent agents—without carrier ties or downstream obligations.

Today, more than 4,000 independent agents rely on Aria’s platform. We’re a 20-person team with strong revenue and a product that works. We’re seeking someone who wants to own and scale a critical growth function, not just fill a seat.

The Role

As Performance Growth Marketer, you will own every paid acquisition channel at Aria from day one. Currently, our paid efforts include a small Google Search campaign, while the Meta channel is paused. Our affiliate program is the primary driver of growth, but paid acquisition is our next major lever—and you’ll be the first to own and scale it.

You are responsible for building, testing, and scaling paid channels to bring qualified mortgage protection agents onto the Aria platform at an efficient cost against customer lifetime value.

You report directly to the CEO and Founder and collaborate with the Partnership Manager and our three-person AE team.

This is not just a campaign management role. You will build our paid system, run campaigns, analyze performance, and iterate rapidly based on real results. You’ll design and execute the strategy, drive creative, ensure accurate tracking and attribution, and deliver insightful reporting and optimization. End-to-end, you run the show.

You will:

  • Partner with the Partnership Manager to align paid acquisition with our proven affiliate pipeline, ensuring we attract experienced, mortgage protection-focused agents ready to become customers within 30 days.
  • Work with AEs to maximize onboarding conversion rates from paid channels.


Responsibilities

Channel Build and Management

  • Build Aria’s paid acquisition engine from the ground up, starting with Google Search and Meta.
  • Set up campaigns, write ad copy, develop landing page briefs, implement tracking, and launch.
  • Make daily budget and scaling decisions based on data—not instinct.
  • Quickly eliminate what isn’t working and double down on what performs.


Tracking and Attribution

  • Develop a tracking and attribution system that identifies exactly what channel, campaign, and creative produced an agent who made a purchase and stayed active for 30 days.
  • Implement robust UTM structures and conversion events that track the journey from ad click to first purchase.
  • Focus reporting on meaningful metrics: CAC, activation rate, 30-day retention, and revenue per new customer.


Creative Development

  • Own creative strategy for paid campaigns, briefing the marketing team on concepts for execution.
  • Run structured creative tests, document outcomes, and build a library of winning approaches tailored to our unique audience.


Landing Page Optimization

  • Direct the optimization and conversion rate of landing pages tied to paid campaigns, working closely with dev and marketing.
  • Brief and collaborate to create high-converting pages with direct response best practices.


Reporting

  • Deliver weekly, one-page performance reports summarizing spend, CAC, activation rate, 30-day retention by channel, and revenue from paid acquisition, along with actionable insights for next steps.


Requirements

  • Minimum experience managing paid budgets of $30,000/month with direct CAC and ROAS accountability.
  • Mastery of Google Search and Meta Ads—capable of full campaign buildout, pixel tracking, conversion events, ad copy, and data analysis.
  • Expertise in direct response advertising aimed at a skeptical, experienced audience.
  • Proven experience building effective attribution frameworks connecting spend to real revenue; proficiency with UTMs and GA4 (or equivalent).
  • Comfortable as a solo contributor—building and owning all aspects of paid growth without a large supporting team.
  • Data-driven decision-maker; you build, hypothesize, test, and iterate based on numbers, not opinion.


Results

  • 90 days: Google Search campaign rebuilt with full attribution; Meta campaign launched and testing; weekly CAC/retention reporting; landing page conversion baseline set; first performance report delivered.
  • 6 months: Paid acquisition responsible for at least 15% of new customer volume; 30-day paid retention above 55%; two winning creative concepts validated; full cross-channel attribution.
  • 12 months: Paid channels generating at least 25% of new volume; paid channel ROAS above 4x; regular creative testing cadence; comprehensive paid acquisition playbook documented.


Compensation

  • Base salary: $70,000 – $85,000, depending on experience and proven results.
  • Performance bonus: Monthly, tied to CAC and 30-day retention for paid-acquired agents.
  • Growth bonus: Quarterly, based on paid channel share of new volume.
  • Revenue share: Unlocked after three months above CAC and retention targets, on paid-acquired revenue.
  • Total first-year compensation: $100,000 – $170,000+ achievable.
